Chadd Drott, owner and operator of Chadd's Walking with Wildlife

Thank you for taking an interest in naturalist tours with Chadd’s Walking With Wildlife, the premier naturalist tour company for Tucson and the greater southern Arizona area!

Chadd’s Walking With Wildlife tours focus on what makes the desert region so unique.  We offer full day and half day tours that start and end at your location in Tucson. With one of the most knowledgeable guides and naturalists in the U.S.,  this naturalist tour is like no other in the Tucson area. It offers more than just wildlife education. We will also discuss geology, climatology, and botany, as well as the history of the area. We will make plenty of stops to photograph scenic views and key points throughout the tour. No two tours will be the same as there is so much that this region has to offer.

During the winter tours, we will spend the evening hours exploring the Santa Catalina Mountains while making our way to the top of Mount Lemmon. We will stop at the top to either catch the sunset or a sunset and stargaze, depending on the tour you sign up for. We will head back down making our way to your starting location at the completion of the tour.

During the winter tours, snow and extreme cold conditions can exist at the top of Mount Lemmon. We will be exploring the greater Tucson area and the Santa Catalina Mountains.

We do our best to cater to our clients. Feel free to let us know how we can make your tour truly memorable. From all of us here at Chadd’s Walking With Wildlife... we truly hope to see you in the park!
